RETURN& REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30
days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer
you a refund or exchange.
Every product goes
through a thorough quality control process.
Should products be
damaged upon arrival you need to report it within 7 days from date of shipment
with appropriate proof of damage.
Damaged products need
to be returned to The Vintage Connection via courier.
You will be
responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return
shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is
received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved,
then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing
refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t
received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your
credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.
Next contact your
bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if
applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thevintageconnection.co.za.

ORDERS / PAYMENT
& SHIPPING
You may place your order directly on our website or via email communication at info@thevintageconnection.co.za.
Buyers may pay via PayFast, Paypal or EFT
We
will reserve ready manufactured items purchased for you for five days. If we
don’t receive your payment within 5 days from when you order it, we will place
it back in inventory.
Orders
such the Bridal orders will only be manufactured once payment reflects in our
bank account.
All orders are typically processed within 5 business days and shipped every weekday at 4 pm GMT+2, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm GMT+2 will be processed and shipped the following business day. (This excludes Bridal items).
Please email customer service at info@thevintageconnection.co.za immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been shipped.
If the address provided cannot be verified, our team will attempt to contact the customer via the email given at checkout. If there is no response from the customer after 10 business days and two notification emails have been sent, the package will be shipped to the address provided and the customer assumes all responsibility.Please take the time to enter your information correctly and carefully. It is very important and will minimize stress for all parties!

SHIPPING OPTION IS THE COURIER GUY (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS)
Orders will be delivered via The Courier Guy to the following areas:-
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Rustenburg, Durban, Cape Town, George, Klerksdorp, Polokwane, Vaal, Bloemfontein, Witbank, Nelspruit, Harrismith, East London and Port Elizabeth. all other areas might be atadditionaln costs.
Smaller items may be couriered via PEP Paxi and
Aramex Store to Door.
All Domestic orders
placed with The Vintage Connection will be given a tracking number and courier
contact information.
